If God’s thinking and your thinking do not line up, whose thinking needs to change? One reason we read the Bible is so God can reveal to us how He wants us to think. It’s not easy or immediate, but immersing ourselves in God’s word will move us from our natural way of thinking to God’s thinking. Reading the word becomes learning the word which leads to living God’s word, and that is when we can see real changes in our thought temperature.
Sometimes we need to change our surroundings in order to change our thinking. We hope that when God wants to talk to us, He will employ more subtle tactics. Sometimes, all He wants is for us is to take a break from our preoccupation with the world. No e-mails. No phone ringing. No TV. No Facebook™. You must be intentional about separating yourself from distractions. Ask God to help you believe in His promises to you. Ask Him to adjust your thought temperature to be more like His.

#BreakthroughAnointing: Breaking Though Unbelief, @TheSISTAHSMinistry, @MinisterCeleste
All too often I think we succumb to discouragement when we feel our prayers ascend no further than the ceiling. The mountain didn’t move so we’re tempted to settle into a faith that grows mediocre and stagnant. This incident in Mark 9 presses us to think otherwise.
The key lies in not viewing our faith, especially when it falters, as a finished product. Jesus answered that father’s plea to help him overcome his unbelief and his son was restored. The disciples also allowed their faith to be altered, remodeled. History records they continued on with a faith that changed the world.
Jesus said, “Everything is possible for him who believes.” (Mark 9:23)
Lord, I ask that you would keep working in my life, to change, modify, alter, and reconstruct my beliefs into a living and vibrant faith. Amen

#Breakthrough Anointing: Instructions for Breakthrough, @TheSISTAHSMinistry, @MinisterCeleste
The word of God is an instruction book for life, and you can find instruction there on pretty much anything if you take the time to look. Not only do we need to find out what the word says on a given subject, but we need to get our minds so soaked in it that we literally have a change of thinking that becomes our “new normal.” This leads to new behaviors, which leads to answered prayer as we sow good seed and prove true the good, acceptable, and perfect will of God.
“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for you souls. For My yoke is easy and my burden is light.” (Matthew 11:28-30, NKJV)
Lord, I thank-you that your word is a light to my path and that it will continue to renew my mind as I meditate on it. I ask that you would align me under your perfect will and understanding of my life. I trust you and commit my own understanding into your loving care. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen

#Breakthrough Anointing: Breaking Through the Waiting, @TheSISTAHSMinistry, @MinisterCeleste
What does it really take to see our prayers answered? Without a doubt we have all seen those times when (to our surprise!) God just moves quickly and miraculously, and we know He has heard our request. However, there are other times when it just seems like nothing is happening and we just keep bumping into the same old problem.
I have found that this concept of “renewing our minds” is a major key to seeing answers to many of these issues. Often the main reason we are having a problem is because we are out of alignment with God’s way of doing something, and we are simply reaping what we are sowing.
This could relate to anything from marriage issues, to farming, to running a country! Maybe you don’t really need a miracle; maybe you just need to see from a different perspective. In other words, we could be angry and asking God why He doesn’t do something, and He could be asking us the same question.

The Walls of #Breakthrough
In this journey called life, we will hit walls that are designed by God to strengthen us.
At these God-designed walls, we will either have a breakthrough or stay stuck. Staying stuck at the wall is called arrested development. Are you ready for a breakthrough?
Here are 3 character traits that will help you experience a breakthrough:
Will (heart) is the ability to fight through adversity.
Wisdom is the ability to live life as you learn from others experiences.
Skill is the ability discipline yourself and master your craft.
Here’s the key, the God who designed the walls is the same God who will empower you to breakthrough the walls.
It's time to BREAK IT OUT...!

Taking Your #Breakthrough Experience into 2013
Push past the distractions, find a quiet afternoon, get still, and focus on some personal 'housecleaning' so that you are ready for 2013's adventures.
1) Make a list of the negatives of 2012. What mistakes did you make? What did you learn from them? What can you do to avoid them in the future? Which projects or relationships in your life need a different perspective or approach? Is there anyone you need to forgive (possibly yourself)? Is there anything you need to release and not carry with you into the new year?
2) Make a list of the positives of 2012. What goals were you able to accomplish? What did you learn along the way? What worked well for you? In what areas did you experience breakthrough (emotional, educational, physical, business or work, financial, mental, spiritual)? Did you receive answers to prayer? What are you grateful for?
3) Change. What would you like to accomplish in 2013? List the areas of your life that you would like to change, and list some steps--even tiny advances you can take under each one--to make them happen. What areas of your character need overhaul, tweaking, strengthening, or polishing?
4) Listen to your dreams. Ask the Lord to release more dreams to you about your purpose and destiny. And, ask for the dream interpretations as well. Write them down and pay attention. If you kept a dream journal, go back to analyze 2012's dreams. You may begin to realize that you are being called to pull off feats way beyond your own abilities. Exploits that will require supernatural involvement to make them happen. Dream Big!
What is one simple step you can do TODAY to launch with power into 2013? Your season of unanswered prayer is here, it's time to BREAK IT OUT!

Keys to Your Breakthrough: Worship
He got up, took his mat and walked out in full view of them all. This amazed everyone and they praised God, saying, “We have never seen anything like this!” (Mark 2:12)
Worship is the key note of Destiny! Worship creates the atmosphere for hearing God's voice. Worship opens the eyes and the ears of the heart to hear God's voice.
